Overview of scraping activity and estimated booking pickup. Est. Bookings is derived by counting availability drops between consecutive daily scrapes — a room becoming unavailable is counted as one booking. Not exact (cancellations and re-opens aren't separated) but gives a reasonable indication of demand pace. Scrapes run automatically every 24 hours; use "Run Scrape Now" in the header to trigger a manual run.

Average rate by room type, month, and day of week for the selected rate plan. Each cell is the mean across all dates of that day in that month — useful for spotting seasonal patterns and weekday vs weekend pricing strategy. Colour intensity indicates relative price: blue = lower, red = higher. Select a different rate plan above to compare flexible vs advance purchase or room-only vs B&B tiers.
